SPECIAL ORDERS

  • All sales of Special Orders are final.

 FAULTY, DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE CONVERSIONS:

  • Full refund of Conversion or Accessory purchase price.
  • Returns and exchanges will be accepted for inspection only when a 460 Rowland Customer Service Representative gives prior authorization.
  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt of merchandise and confirmation of stated problem by 460 Rowland Gun-Expert staff.
  • We reserve the right to correct or replace merchandise at our discretion. It is our goal that you are completely happy with your 460 Rowland Conversion and we will work to correct merchandise whenever possible, and replace it when necessary.

“NEW” CONDITION CONVERSION RETURNS

  • Full refund of Conversion or Accessory purchase price, less a 20% re-stocking fee
  • Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return clean, unused merchandise free of marks, scratches or other damage, either cosmetic or functional, as well as all parts and accessories supplied with the original Conversion.
  • Returns and exchanges will be accepted for inspection only when a 460 Rowland Customer Service Representative gives prior authorization.
  • Shipping and processing/handling fees are not refundable.
  • All merchandise and accessories must be in resalable condition.

AMMUNITION:

  • Due to Department of Transportation regulations we cannot accept returns on ammunition.

 

Please allow 2-3 weeks after Receipt by 460 Rowland LLC for returns to be processed.

All credits for invoices paid by credit card will be credited back to the credit card. All credits for invoices paid by cash, money order, or check will be applied to the customer’s account for credit towards the next order or refunded by check. Any credits not used within 180 days will become void.
